Our home well pump stopped working over the weekend. The company we have used in the past was not available so gave Burgess a call on Monday morning. They were at the house that morning and while troubleshooting identified old wiring. Repaired and had water back on as part of the service call. Will definitely remember their responsiveness and no hassle resolution for future needs.

I am the HOA President of a small complex in Garden City. It is Sunday morning, and I discovered we had no water pressure to any of our units or the irrigation system. I called Burgess at 7:30 a.m. today (Sunday) and within a few minutes Luke W texted me and threw me a lifeline! He is out of town but was able to walk me through different steps to temporarily fix the problem. They will be here tomorrow for a more permanent fix. There is nothing more I could ask for in a company. Luke responded on his day off, he was patient while he talked me through possible remedies, and he is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend any company Luke is a part of!

Called on/around 6/26/2022 for service tech to come for issues/concerns - lady on phone States appts made daily with "no water" taking priority. Called back after a week of not hearing back nor getting scheduled, same verbage from same lady. To date, no redponse or appt scheduled. Now, seeking another company to assist.

Luke Webb is a great asset to Burgess Pump! He was wonderful and pleasant. I had to leave a message since it's Saturday & he called me back within 5 min. He arrived and went to work on figuring out the problem. We lost my dad recently and my mom feels a bit lost when things like this happen, but Luke make the whole experience easy for my mom. He took the worry away from her by being so sure of his job. She has water again! Now days it's not easy to find a company or workers that care enough about their customers. Thank you Luke!

Brought a pump in to be gone through before season started, they said that the pump was ready,I picked it up reinstalled it, started water and it leaked worse than when I brought it in. Called and had them come out and fix it,they pulled pump and took it back to shop. Called a couple days later and said it needed a new velute. So I got charged almost the same amount twice when they could've said when I had it in the first time and fixed it right. Been a customer of the for years and wasn't ever treated this way. I surely won't be using them anymore.

I found Burgess when our regular pump guys had a two-week waiting list. Burgess employees were very professional from the first phone call to signing off on the work. Our well quit on us and our livestock but the guys arrived less than two hours later. We will definitely call them again if we need them.
