Good morning. I just wanted to express my appreciation for your company taking care of me this week so promptly when my pump leaked under my stairs. Adam was so good to work with and I am very impressed with his service, he replaced the pump that was under warranty and got me fixed up so I have one less anxiety to deal with.

Wanted to send an overdue thank you to Burgess Pump and especially Derek and Joey for the emergency service on May 15 at our residence, Sand Hollow Rd. Involved well pump replacement and extremely difficult pressure tank replacement and pipe upgrades. Also troubleshot and fixed an wiring issue. Would say Derek went above and beyond to make sure whole system was good. Result is noticable increase in water pressure and quality and variable speed drive working great. Much appreciated!

Burgess Pump,

Your bill arrived via E-Mail while I was out of town. When I returned, I was experiencing serious medical issues and I totally forgot about this bill. During the night I remembered it. Sorry for the delay in paying this bill.

I really appreciate the way you always work us into your busy schedule. It was very nice that we didn’t miss an opportunity to water our lawns and gardens this spring.
